If you want the ability to track your Trusted Customer results we need to create a special url that you send to your survey participants. This specific url must be used otherwise you will not be able to access your results.

A unique url must be created for each group you plan on tracking. Please fill out this form multiple times if necessary.

Once you fill out the form below, we will then send you a unique url that you must send to your survey participants to track their results in your assessment dashboard.
