Connection: People want to follow, buy from, and be around those who are willing to connect and collaborate with them.
It's easier to trust a friend than a stranger, so look for ways to engage with people and build relationships. You can start by learning to ask great questions. Use these questions to connect with people, to find the common ground you share. We find it easer to trust when we connect in some area.
